My thoughts:

Prophet is a gripping story with traces of the Book of Judges in it. Filled with humor, action, and suspense, it is a story not easily put down.

“Die!” the young man roared. He swung his sword at Kien.

My thoughts:

While Eragon is by no means a Christian book, I enjoyed it nonetheless. The story is of writing style that is somewhat similar to that of Tolkien and Donita K. Paul.

Eragon is a book full of twists, surprises, and mystery. With nearly 500 pages, it is a slightly longer read. For anyone who loves the fantasy genre, Eragon is a book worth reading.

“You were foolish to escape from me in Gil’ead. It will only make things worse for you in the end.”

“You’ll never capture me alive,” growled Eragon.

“Is that so?” asked the Shade, raising an eyebrow… “You can’t stop me now. No one can!”

My thoughts:

Son of Truth immediately sweeps the reader to where Daughter of Light left off. I enjoyed the read immensely, and had to hide the book so other members of my family wouldn’t swipe it.

Often the second book in a series is rather lackluster. Not so with Son of Truth. Riveting, intriguing, and enjoyable, I highly recommend this book.

“Veritas.” Velyni looked at him, and her eyes flashed red. “But how? All the Guardians are dead. I watched the last one die.”

My thoughts:

An interesting plot calls for an interesting read. And that is precisely what Dream Treaders offers. The reader will be transported to the land of dreams in a way never imagined: from annoying rifts, a cute creature named Razz, to the dreaded and evil Nightmare Lord. Dream Treaders was a fantastic read – one that held me captivated.

The book leaves the readers at a suspenseful cliffhanger, and one can’t help but wonder… what will happen next.

The Nightmare Lord raised the axe higher, and then it came plunging down.
